Exchange or Return: If you have purchased a product in the last 14 days and you would like to exchange it, please contact sales and let them know you will be shipping a receiver back to us at the address below. If it has been longer then 14 days, your receiver will be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Go the the website of your unit and follow their directions. Please remember, the use of any third party software will void your warranty and you will not receive an exchange from FTA Satellite Shop.
